Figures. A few hours after the last post, the knee seems to be stiff again. Maybe 50% - not too encouraging. The main question now is, in addition to the ice and anti-inflammatory regimen, do I stay off the knee until I'm absolutely sure I'm 100%, or do I just ease off the activity but continue to get out each training day?
